Extreme H2O

The Extreme H2O range of disposable contact lenses are currently distributed in Australia by Gelflex.  Created in 1971 and based in Perth, Gelflex develops, designs and manufactures and distributes soft, disposable, custom and hard contact lens to over 20 countries.

Extreme H2O lenses are manufactured by Hydrogel Vision, which is an American employee owned company incorporated in 2002. The Extreme H2O range is distributed worldwide to over 25 countries and manufactured with their hioxiflicon A and hioxifilcon D materials. This is a soft hydrogel material which has outstanding hydration with a hydrophilic surface.  This encourages greater ocular comfort and less deposition of protein to the lens surface and the lens stays naturally moist. They are a good alternative for lens wearers still using traditional hydrogel contacts or who have had difficulty wearing a soft silicone hydrogel contact lens.
