Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Voucher entitles you to a saving of $5 on any new order when you spend $100 or more.
- Voucher is only valid on web orders through www.webcontacts.com.au
- Webcontacts reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by Webcontacts or its partners .
- Voucher only valid for 1 month after date of issue
- Voucher has a no cash value, is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable or assignable.
- Complimentary voucher can only be used once with each order.
- Only one complimentary voucher can be used per person per promotion.
- Only one complimentary voucher can be used per order.
- Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion.
- In the event of returns, refunds will be given for cash as used in the original purchase price above the value of the voucher.
- In the event that part of the order is returned, the value of the voucher will be spread between the goods proportionately.
- Complimentary shopping vouchers can not be refunded after use with any order returned or exchanged with webcontacts.com.au
Please note - we hate 'SPAM' as much as you do. You will not hear from us unless there is something regarding your account or your order that we feel it's important for you to know about. We have a quarterly emailed newsletter with exclusive discounts and articles. This can be permanently unsubscribed from at any time.
At WebContacts we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us at email@example.com or telephone 1300 369 950 with your order number and we will gladly attend to your request. All lenses distributed by WebContacts have full manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that unless your order has been supplied incorrectly we are unable to refund returned lenses.
At Webcontacts we strive for the highest quality in everything we do however, there are occasions when things can go wrong. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days. In most cases customers receive a response within 24 hours.
