Shopping help

To shop at Webcontacts simply click on a category on the top bar below the Webcontacts logo of your browser or select a featured product or brand from the home page. We have a large range of different eye care products and contact lenses.

If you interested in a product click on the "Buy Now " button to gather more information on this product. You can see a description and customer reviews.

Selecting and purchasing a product

If you wish to purchase a product select the the options suitable for your requirements and press the "Add to Cart " icon. This will add your product into our virtual shopping trolley.

Your Shopping Cart

On the top right side on any page you visit is located your shopping cart. You can see at any time your "Shopping Cart" content. To see more details about the products you have added to your cart click on the "My Cart" link.

Your final purchase

If you have finished browsing our store and you wish to finalise your purchases just click on the "My Cart" button located at the top right corner of the screen.This will then take you to your shopping cart where you can double check your order and the proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button. In the Check Out section you can either login with your existing login details or if you are a new customer enter your details in 3 easy steps. When you check out all information send securely to us via a 128 Bit SSL encryption . Webcontacts does not store any credit card or bank details, and therefore you will be required to re-enter them every time you shop with us.

For optimal performance, we recommend the latest versions of Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer Version 8 and higher. Please be sure that JavaScript and Cookies are enabled, as both are required to complete online transactions. In addition, we recommend that you set your monitor to an 1024 x 768 pixel resolution or higher to best view the entire site. Some lower end Browsers do not support the SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, to enable that all transactions on our web site are securely transmitted a browser with 128bit SSL encryption is required.

Plug In

No special plug-ins are required to shop at our site however, from time to time we will have special features which require more than just a Web browser. Anything you may need to browse our shopping site is available to download at no extra charge, and we will advise you where and how to obtain them.
