Your purchases will appear on your credit card statements as WebContacts Pty Ltd

We also accept payment via Bpay and PayPal. 

Payment Information

Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorized at the point of sale. Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorization.

Customs and Duty

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.  Customs can also delay delivery for overseas orders for 1-2 weeks.

Shipping and Handling

The following shipping costs will be charged:

Delivery

Australian delivery takes 2-5 working days for disposable lenses, unless on backorder, and 7-10 working days for custom made lenses, including conventional, hard and CooperVision XR range conatact lenses. International delivery can take 2-3 weeks.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel any order where the delivery time is 5 business days or longer. Please e-mail us within 2 days of your order at sales@webcontacts.com.au along with your transaction id or call Phone: 1300 369 950.

For items cancelled after dispatch or within 5 business days, please refer to our Returns Policy. If the goods you have ordered are on back order, you can cancel your order with us at any time. Please Email sales@webcontacts.com.au
